Within HIV Prevention of Parent to Child Transmission (PPTCT) interventions remained the focal research points where effectiveness of different regimen was assessed. Clinical epidemiology of HIV particularly nutritional and metabolic derangements are presently the major area of research work. Antimicrobial Resistance research is another domain where many activities are ongoing at present including epidemiological, public health and rational use of medicine perspective. In order to develop a holistic solution to AMR problem, stewardship implementation, AMR surveillance program framework assessment and environmental dimensions are also being explored.

Research Interests
